This pluggin is what I define as charityware and can be freely distributed. If

favorite charity. You cannot charge or make any money from this routine by
reselling or bundling them with another package/cd/web page without my

To install this routine just copy the files into your 3ds Max plugin directory.
This is a rewrite of the original deflector. It can pass through and affect
stationary particles, supports friction and energy transfer.
Bounce determines how much the particles bounce off the deflector.
Friction determines how much the particles slow down/speed up when they hit the
deflector.
Energy Trns determines how much energy is transfered when particle is resting
on a moving deflector that stopes.
Sample Rate determines the number of samples that are checked per frame. Use
lower numbers for slower particles and higher numbers for faster particles.
Bugs
Still misses particles every now and then.
